3. SMS Communications

By texting our booking number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Dust & Bust related to your booking. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our systems. Payment data is subject to the processor's own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records and SMS history for a minimum of 24 months for safety and dispute resolution purposes. Phone numbers associated with Conduct Policy violations are retained indefinitely to prevent re-booking.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@dustandbust.com. Deletion requests are subject to our safety and legal retention obligations.
