Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Dust & Bust provides professional residential cleaning services performed by independent contractor cleaners in bikini attire. All services are strictly non-sexual. Cleaners are professionals and must be treated as such at all times.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. No job will be dispatched until payment has cleared. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms in full. Accepted payment methods are processed through our secure third-party payment processor.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Dust & Bust reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion and issue a full refund in such cases.

4. Conduct Requirements

All clients must treat cleaners with respect and professionalism. By booking, you agree to our full Conduct Policy. Violations will result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of payment, and a permanent ban from the platform. Dust & Bust reserves the right to report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination and permanent ban:

• Any request for, or attempt at, sexual contact or sexual services
• Physical contact with a cleaner without their explicit consent
• Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior
• Recording cleaners without their explicit consent
• Providing false information to obtain a booking

6. Independent Contractors

Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of Dust & Bust. Dust & Bust is not responsible for any actions taken by cleaners outside the scope of the booked service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dust & Bust's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. Dust & Bust is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
